We receive from a client a text for translation, make an assessment, inform, and agree on cost and timing of order. The text can be provided in the original document, printed, or scanned copy or photograph. The general requirement for the provided text is its readability, including a stamp and signatures. Then the text is sent to a translator for work. It is translated by him, signed, and stamped by the company. Next, we contact the client in a way convenient for him, inform him that a translation is ready and agree on a delivery method.

One translation page is 1800 characters with spaces, made in the Microsoft Word text editor. The total number of pages is calculated based on language characters into which a translation was made. In this case, one accounting page constitutes the minimum order value. In other words, if the number of characters in a translation is less than 1800, then its cost is calculated based on the cost of one accounting page.

We also provide a service for delivering translations to another city using an express delivery service. We have a contractor – a courier service, but you can choose your own according to your preferences.

The final cost of translation depends on several translated accounting pages and delivery to a client.

Sometimes an apostille stamp is required on a document. In this case, a client first independently affixes an apostille in a country of document’s origin and then, together with the apostille, provides the document for translation service. Apostille is also translated as document’s main text.

2. Service for notarization of translation at the Russian Consulate in Casablanca

At the client’s request, we provide a service of our translation’s notarization at the Russian Consulate in Casablanca.

The Russian Consulate notarizes correctness of document’s translation. To notarize a translation, an owner of a document does not need to be present at the Russian Consulate; the presence of a translator company is sufficient.

To notarize a translation, you must provide us with a clearly readable copy of a document and inform us how many copies of translations need to be certified. We attach translations of documents to them and carry out a certification procedure at the Consulate.

A cost of notarization service at the Russian Consulate consists of a cost of the Consulate’s state fee and our commission for delivering a document to Casablanca and back to a client.
