Prices, terms, and conditions of payment for written translations for LEGAL ENTITIES
SMV Consulting price list for written translations for LEGAL ENTITIES of both standard and non-standard documents is set individually depending on a document, its volume and complexity. An agreement on translation services provision with a list of services, prices and payment terms is signed with each legal entity.
With ongoing cooperation, it is possible to provide a discount of up to 20% of translations cost for individuals.
Deadlines for documents translation for legal entities are set individually depending on document’s specificity, volume, and complexity, not counting delivery days.
If urgent translation is required, the translation period is determined by individual agreement and an extra charge for urgency is charged.
If client requests a translations delivery, it is calculated according to rates of a delivery company.
Legal entities may be provided with additional services of previously translated document’s re-translation and certification with our signature and company stamp. An additional services cost is set individually.
Payment terms for LEGAL ENTITIES
50% prepayment for any document’s translation at the time-of-service ordering and 50% payment upon delivery of a translation to a client. Payment is made by non-cash method according to an issued invoice to company bank details.
